July 24/16: 97 Kms; 3 Hrs 02; 566 Metres; Thirteen Riders

Okay, rock and roll was the order of the day on Sunday, made all the easier because of the very good conditions. It’s clear that the director sportif will have to add more climbs to the route. These guys are way to fresh even after yesterday’s ride. Hill repeats might work. What do you think?

Kudos to Kevin, Joe, Scott, and Kevin B for completing the 180 km Ottawa Grandfondo and to Neil for the 100 km ride all on Saturday.

Unfortunately, Sunday’s ride was not exactly a recovery ride for them. In fact, it was not a recovery ride at all; but, it was fun. There were no complaints. On the other hand, everyone was happy to reach Stinsons and grab a chocolate milk at the end of the ride. You just should have been there.

Reminder to register for the MEC (August 21) and the TDB (August 28). Who is going?
