Hello there and welcome. Glad you returned to see what’s on tap this Saturday. First off, we will be missing Ross, who is competing in a triathlon this weekend. Good luck to you. Hope you have a good one, especially on the bicycle. Also, some of the lads are on holiday or otherwise occupied (Mark, Eric, Kevin) so it is hard to know who will be riding. I hope you are. I am.

Well, given that we are in training mode, I suppose we should ride some hills. Here’s the tentative plan:

Meet at Stinsons on White Lake Road at 8 am 8 am and ride to Almonte via White Lake and Pakenham, Hwy 29, Conc 8, Rae Road, etc; coffee at Equator after 58 kms; home via Martin St and Dwyer Hill for a total distance of approx 98 Kms. Temperature will be 18- 25 C, with SE winds of 10. POP is 10-30%. You will need to drink lots on this ride to stay hydrated. Conditions will feel like low thirties.  Bidons full for this one, I would say!

Don’t miss this ride. It’s the 2nd of our official training rides for the Tour de Bonnechere (100 Kms). Details here: http://tourdebonnechere.blogspot.ca. Please register asap! We now have six signed up!!

There is no alternative Ride with Gregg this Saturday. But, Gregg expects to ride on Sunday at 9 am. No details available of the route and distance. If you are interested, please email gwsheehy@magma.ca.
