Okay. Not much happening just now. Hope you have settled in to a good off-season routine. Some of the lads are hard at it; others are taking a break until after x-mas. Don’t wait too long to get back on the fitness train. It’s a long and winding track with no ultimate rest station. You can jump on and off  the health train occasionally but you must always be a rider; otherwise,  beware entropy.
